She's Still Sober (!!)

It's been NINE weeks and she hasn't had a drop :)

My sister is living at home this summer and has made sure she's being honest. It seems the rehab really set her up on a solid plan.
 
I AM SO PROUD OF MY INCREDIBLE MOTHER!

She finished her outpatient program 3 weeks ago and is still continuing to go to AA. 

She checks in with her sponsor regularly.

She has very vivid dreams of drinking and wakes up shaken up, thinking she's relapsed. We tell her it's ok, it wasn't real... 

We all work together in battling her demons.

But most importantly, she's happy.

She takes naps a lot and says some days are heavy.

But it's all a part of the recovery.

The road going the right way.

Is it possible to still be in shock for nine weeks? 

I have never experienced a miracle before. 

And this is nothing short of one :)
